Chuma cha ACSR kilichoimarishwa cha ACSR

Muhtasari:

ACSR (Aluminium Conductor chuma iliyoimarishwa) ni conductor inayotumika sana ya kupitisha nguvu inayojumuisha msingi wa kati wa kamba za chuma zilizozungukwa na tabaka za kamba za aluminium.   Katika moyo wake iko msingi wa chuma kali, iliyoundwa kwa uangalifu kuvumilia mikazo ya mitambo iliyokithiri-kutoka kwa upepo mkali hadi mizigo nzito ya barafu-wakati tabaka zinazozunguka za kamba za alumini za hali ya juu zinahakikisha ubora wa umeme. Ushirikiano huu wa nguvu na ufanisi hufanya ACSR kuwa chaguo la kwenda kwa kampuni za matumizi ulimwenguni, kuwezesha utoaji wa umeme wa kuaminika kwa umbali mkubwa na maeneo yenye changamoto. Ikiwa inachukua milima, mito, au mandhari ya mijini, ACSR inasimama kama ushuhuda wa uvumbuzi katika miundombinu ya nishati, unachanganya uimara na ufanisi wa nguvu kwa siku zijazo.    


Manufaa:

1. Nguvu bora ya mitambo na muundo nyepesi

Msingi wa chuma wenye nguvu ya ACSR hutoa nguvu ya kipekee ya tensile, kuwezesha muda mrefu kati ya minara ya maambukizi (hadi mita 400-600 katika matumizi mengine). Hii inapunguza idadi ya miundo ya msaada inayohitajika, kupunguza gharama za ufungaji na matengenezo. Licha ya nguvu yake, safu ya nje ya aluminium huweka kondakta   nyepesi kuliko nyaya sawa za chuma, na kuifanya iwe rahisi kushughulikia na kupeleka.    


2. Uboreshaji bora wa umeme na utoaji wa nguvu mzuri

Kamba za alumini-safi huhakikisha   upinzani mdogo wa umeme, hupunguza upotezaji wa nishati kwa umbali mrefu. Wakati sio ya kuvutia kama shaba safi, uwiano wa utendaji wa gharama   hufanya ACSR kuwa chaguo linalopendekezwa kwa mistari ya maambukizi ya juu (kawaida 66kV na hapo juu).    


3. Upinzani wa kutu ulioimarishwa kwa kuegemea kwa muda mrefu

Safu ya nje ya aluminium inaunda filamu ya oksidi ya kinga, inalinda conductor kutokana na uharibifu wa mazingira. Kwa kuongezea, anuwai za kisasa za ACSR hutumia   cores za chuma za mabati au aluminium ili kupunguza hatari za kutu katika mazingira ya unyevu au pwani.    


4. Suluhisho la gharama kubwa kwa mitandao ya nguvu kubwa  

Ikilinganishwa na aluminium (AAC) au conductors ya shaba, ACSR hutoa   akiba kubwa ya gharama   kwa matumizi ya mvutano wa hali ya juu. Msingi wa chuma hupunguza hitaji la alumini ya gharama kubwa wakati wa kudumisha uadilifu wa kimuundo, na kuifanya kuwa bora kwa   umeme wa vijijini, upanuzi wa gridi ya taifa, na miradi ya nishati mbadala.    


5. Uimara wa mafuta chini ya hali mbaya  

Msingi wa chuma husaidia kudumisha tabia thabiti ya SAG chini ya joto tofauti, kuzuia drooping kupita kiasi katika msimu wa joto au mvutano zaidi wakati wa msimu wa baridi. Hii inahakikisha   operesheni ya kuaminika ya gridi ya taifa   katika hali ya hewa na mabadiliko makubwa ya msimu.    


6. Kubadilika kwa mazingira anuwai

ACSR hufanya vizuri katika   maeneo ya milimani, mikoa ya pwani, na gridi za nguvu za mijini   kwa sababu ya usawa wake wa nguvu, uzito, na upinzani wa kutu. Mapazia maalum (eggrease-kuingizwa au aloi sugu ya hali ya hewa) inaweza kupanua maisha ya huduma katika hali ngumu.
